    Ordered well in advance for Christmas. It's now the 23rd no correspondence from them, called their 'help' centre (Ai annoyance) to be told they couldn't call the store. Asked for a refund and they processed a replacement. Called again (another 10mins of Ai and menus) only to be told in a jolly manner it'll be refunded and not replaced. Absolute joke, I won't trust these clowns with orders at Christmas again.

    I don’t know why the security guard is loitering and chatting with the pharmacy staff. I don’t understand why he has to get involved when I have a medical question. He should be standing by the door, keeping an eye on the shop floor. Disappointed

    This store must be on the verge of closing down. Empty shelves or very limited range. Staff are disengaged, and queues at check out are ignored. You would think this would be a flag ship store, size location. This is a sad demise to a once amazing brand.

    Tall black male pharmacist with glasses….working their on bank holiday Monday 25/8/25…. Patronising abrupt and rude refused to sale me over the counter medication as I didn’t have the full symptoms of a migraine….well if I did have full symptoms I wouldn’t be stood in a shop…..awful experience…..so went to Asda great pleasant experience….oh and the shop is a mess

    Called 111 on Sunday was told at 10:14am that boots would call me to give me some medicine as I have severe tonsillitis and I'm at high risk of developing more infections and they didn't both to call at all left me from 10:14am to today at 15:58pm to ring me and ask how I am, I said ur too late as I've already seen a gp and got medication the lady from the pharmacy then said she doesn't know who was in on Sunday, there was no apology at all from her! She didn't even say why they didn't call me yesterday either she just said if u have a problem chat to the manager, I said okay who do I speak to she said me I'm the head pharmacist today what is ur complaint??? I thought is she stupid or something you know why I want to put in a complaint! I have rang the customer service number after being told that there's no number to make a complaint! They will be contacting your store as it's disgusting to leave a vulnerable patient to suffer coz u can't be bothered to deal with patients!!!!

    decent size for a boots but everytime I've used the pharmacy for non prescription or advice, I've found the staff to be unhelpful and brash. Also the website always shows item in stock but staff always say it's unavailable.

    Just spent nearly an hour queuing in the pharmacy queue, 9 people in front of me waiting for prescription meds and I only wanted a box of Piriton! Checked if anyone was able to serve me beforehand and was told had to get in the same single queue, in front of me was an older gent coughing wearing no mask and he was after a covid test, he got fed up and left as it a very slow-moving queue. When got to my turn was then told to move down to the actual unmanned counter to pay where I'd started in the first place! Seemed lots of staff kept looking at the queue, but no one asked if anyone needed just over counter meds which would been helpful! Very poor customer service experience!

    Awful shopping experience, not enough staff so queues and wait times are very long! I have also on a numbers of occasions tried to contact the pharmacy inshore no one ever answers! Definitely would not recommend unless absolutely necessary!!!,

    Staff are lovely but very busy so queue’s are long , also don’t offer promotion if it’s not available in store , l’Oreal promotion was out of stock so may be an idea to take down signs rather than waiting for people to get to the till

    Great pharmacy, Queueing up to collect prescriptions is a 15-20+ on weekends & some evenings . Retail Check out queues not so bad. Has trouble answering the incoming contact phone calls . Staff are professional and helpful & friendly @ this branch of Boots pharmacies. Great opening hours & Close time .
