Highly recommend. Motorhome was spotless, service was friendly, and when we did have a minor problem (a puncture that was no fault of Wests), they were quick to respond to messages, even on a Sunday morning. The vehicle was definitely up to the NC500, which we would also highly recommend.
The attention to detail and customer service was excellent- the MOHO 8 night hire was a ‘try before we buy’ trip. We cooked- breakfasts and evening meals. Comfy island bed. Travelled just over 500 miles and spend 2 nights off grid with no issues!
We hired a motorhome from wests for the last week of August 2025. From start to finish wests staff were very helpful, always communicated clearly and made sure the motorhome was in good clean order on collection. The motorhome (swift edge 486) was excellent. We travelled around the coast of wales without any issues. We will be hiring again from wests.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently rented a motorhome for our trip to Scotland and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the company was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. Pick-up and return were completely hassle-free, and the van was in great condition—perfect for exploring the Highlands and beyond. We rented the Voyager 475 which was a 5 berth, there was 4 adults and one 12 year old sharing the van and it was the perfect size. Our deposit was returned within 3 days, just as promised, which really added to the sense of professionalism and trust. All in all, a fantastic service. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend to anyone planning a road trip adventure!
Recently hired a Rollerteam T590. Firstly the hiring and return process, although understandably very detailed was very clear and stress free. The van itself was immaculate and really liked the layout. The overall experience was enjoyable and would not hesitate to rent again from Wests.

Although West’s rent out amazing new vans of a very high quality, it’s worth knowing they also do motorhome repairs of any age. I have had a number of major pieces of work on my 20 year old motorhome done by the team. Everything from a new radiator, brakes, new solar panel and making safe after a very thorough habitation check. The work is first class, the team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and keep you up to date at all times. All in all, I will never use anywhere else and I’m confident in making the right decisions and keeping my old van going, as I have a helpful team of experts to call on. There is a lot of paperwork to complete and it does feel a bit confusing but the staff were so friendly and helpful when I had any questions. The motorhome was cleaned to a high standard and in excellent condition. The staff gave us a fantastic and thorough brief when we arrived. I will definitely be using Wests again would certainly recommend them to anyone.
