   If you like to be miss informed (by various member of the team including reception and vet) about payments due or wait long times for your turn it's great place! After now third time being overcharged for treatment and refusing to pay I was threated about more charges. I've tried to resolve it but it's like banging your head against the wall ... NOT recommended! Note: I have been with them for three years and they looked after 4 of my pets..had enough

   During the last 6 months Monty has received the highest quality care through the puppy plan. The advice, information, care and reassurance has been immeasurable from all of the vet nurses and both vets Louise and Rob. Every visit has been pleasurable and Monty loves coming to see everybody on his appointment visits. When my dog had his castration operation I was so worried, throughout the whole process the care was most impressive. I was particularly impressed by the morning telephone call from one of the vet nurses to ensure Monty had a good night and was recovering well, this gave me an opportunity to ask any questions and gave a huge reassurance and comfort. The staff have continued to provide exceptional care throughout this lockdown. I would not consider going anyway else for Montys care and treatment. I fully recommend Hillyfields Vets one hundred per cent to anyone looking for a professional service who ensures the wellbeing of both pets and their owners.

   Really Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog is always happy to visit. The staff are brilliant, always taking the time to listen to you, and explain in detail the procedure. I've never felt rushed. Visited during covid, and the clinic has clearly taken steps to make it safe for the pet owners to wait in the waiting area whilst their pet is being seen. We are very glad to have chosen Alexandra and Hillyfields as our veterinary practice and would definitely recommend.

   My collie was vet phobic but careful treatment and attention has made him enjoy coming! He now whines outside the door he's so eager to come in and get his monthly injections. I've also found that he's been treated as an individual, not just as a medical problem, so his own particular foibles have been taken into consideration. His treatment has been thoroughly explained, and he has been doing extremely well. I really feel that everything has been done to help him, and am very pleased to have chosen this Veterinary practice. A great service is offered with the vets building up an excellent bond with their animal patients so that they get to know them well. My dog's reaction to going to the vets shows the strength of his trust in his treatment!
