A very pleasant and most impressive service purchasing a watch. We were well looked after by a charming gentleman who did not hurry us in our choice and he made us feel completely relaxed and without any pressure. A lovely environment to be in.
I was very impressed with the service I received recently in this branch of Ernest Jones.. I had purchased a watch privately which they had originally supplied. There was an issue with the warranty cards not matching the the serial number of the watch. Dan, who took my call, was immediately very ready to help me and made various suggestions as to how I might proceed. Before we ended our conversation he asked me to give him the serial number and wait while he did some checks. Amazingly, he informed me that the correct cards for my watch were in the store - the original owner had been sent the wrong cards in error in 2021 but hadn't noticed. I popped into the store a few days later and picked them up. Dan also helped me by removing one of the bracelet links to make the watch fit better on my wrist. I visited this store quite a few times over the Autumn and Winter to check out a watch I was interest in. I was always treated very curteously and never felt that I was any trouble to the staff. They were always willing to get the watch from the display cabinet and let me try it on, Tinesh in particular. Thanks to all for excellent service!
I was shown a watch in store and went away to think about it. By the time I came back 30 mins later, I had found out that it had been sold. A member of staff, then offered to look in the main system for me and saw there was one left in the company. He went out his way to make sure he secured the watch for me. It was delivered to the store a day or two later. I was notified of this and was invited to pick the watch up and have it sized and also to show me how it worked. Overall, a great experience within the Kingston store. Many thanks to Dan and Thinesh who made this happen!!
Popped into Ernest and Jones Kingston Branch and what a brilliant customer experience!! I needed the straps adjusted on 2 of my watches, one of which was not even purchased from them. The work was carried out by Sasha Branch Manager at no cost and within no time. Every member of the team was smiling asking if I needed any help, my matter was dealt with promptly. A very professional service carried out with care. Thank you guys!!

Had a few worries with my engagement ring being too big so they swapped for a smaller one a few times , I then went in with a fault which they rectified immediately, I love the blonde South African manger she I so so lovely x
Utterly disappointed!!! Cleaning service is a SCAM!!! Ernest Jones do a 'free' ring cleaning service, hence I gave in my anniversary ring to be cleaned. When I handed my ring I was not informed on any consequences or potential damages to the ring. A name & contact details were taken and I was told it would take 5-10mins in the machine and that would be it. When I went to pick up my ring I was told a stone had fallen out but because it was with them when the stone fell out hence they would cover the damages and it would take 3-4weeks. I asked whether there could be more potential damage to the ring and I was told there should not be any other damages as that would have been picked up earlier. A week later I get a call saying I have to pay Β£156 to get my ring back in the condition I handed it to use a service I was told was FREE!!! + it would take 7weeks. Why would you take someones expensive piece of jewellery before informing them of the potential risks of a service you provide??
I went to Ernest Jones to choose a ring but even if there were 2 shop assistants free, they just didnt bother to assist me. Finally I was assisted by a young lady (who was busy before) and I was invited to have a sit to try the rings I wanted to see. As soon as I sat a large blonde assistant and a male colleague of hers looked at me and stated chuckling between themselves. That looked so rude. So basically instead of doing their job they hang around waiting for someone with golden teeth to come in.
