“My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the staff here made her feel so special. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”

“I was shown a watch in store and went away to think about it. By the time I came back 30 mins later, I had found out that it had been sold. A member of staff, then offered to look in the main system for me and saw there was one left in the company. He went out his way to make sure he secured the watch for me. It was delivered to the store a day or two later. I was notified of this and was invited to pick the watch up and have it sized and also to show me how it worked.
