⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We first visited Chisholm Hunter back in February when my partner and I were looking at engagement rings and watches. From the very start, Victoria was absolutely fantastic. She took so much time talking me through watch options and she also helped my partner explore different ring styles to understand exactly what she liked. Over the following months, I spent a lot of time speaking with Victoria on the phone, over email and in person while we designed the engagement ring. Throughout what was quite a complicated process, her honesty, total transparency and no-pressure approach were genuinely refreshing and very much appreciated. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushed. The end result was the perfect proposal and my partner has not stopped smiling since she put the ring on. After I proposed, we returned to Chisholm Hunter after I had emailed over a few watches I liked the look of. When we arrived, Victoria already had them set aside ready for me. We then spent around two hours going through different watch options and also discussing wedding bands with my partner, all at a really relaxed pace. Victoria has been exceptional throughout, but I also want to mention Jack, the manager, who has shown the same level of professionalism and kindness whenever I have spoken with him, and George, who was absolutely lovely when we were in-store. The whole team at Chisholm Hunter make you feel completely at ease in a world of jewellery that my partner and I were quite new to. They genuinely feel like a family who truly care about your happiness, without ever making you feel pressured into a sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for engagement rings, watches or wedding bands.

My husband and I have been so impressed by the customer service we have received from Chisholm Hunter Kingston. My husband initially got my engagement ring from them. Following a hold up from the courier, Jack went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered on time. We then got our wedding bands from the Kingston store and a gift for my husband too. Victoria has been amazing in helping me choose the right gift and make sure it was perfect for him. Victoria has been super speedy on emails and making sure she kept me up to date on delivery and finance options too. I never felt any sense of pressure or rush. Victoria was always friendly, happy and patient. Everyone we came into contact with at the Kingston branch were super helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back again.
Absolutely disgusting the way they work! I suffer with bi polar purchased a 5450£ watch called back less than 24 hours later and was told I wasn’t allowed a refund even tho the watch had stopped working! Called back next day was told Rolex watches do tend to stop. Called back the next day and was told to bring watch in shop would need 48 hour testing called back 48 hours ago nothing wrong with watch so I come in and when I was at the shop the manager said for safe of mind I want to give watch to repairs man 3 days later watch had something wrong with it! DO NOT BUY HERE Made to think I bought from second hand shop and anything couple go right, £5450 is not second hand money for a 1979 Rolex watch.

Came in to collect my engagement and wedding ring that I had serviced. Terrible customer service. I was initially refused my rings, unless I have a photo ID to show, which was not mentioned when i received the phone call. " Lovely" sales assistant then said this is to prevent theft, that I could be anyone and trying my luck here!!! All 3 of them were not interested that I can confirm all account details, the rings specification and what service I ordered and paid for. Luckily, as I recently travelled, I had a photo of my ID on my phone, that they eventually accepted. Horrible way you let your staff treat customers. Never this kind of customer service before. I will make sure I take my business elsewhere and make sure I spread the word!
