   Huda was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in for a gift for my mom and she knew exactly which earrings she wanted without much information from us. We were very impressed with her service. Had us in and out very quickly. Definitely will come back!

   I just want to come on here and say that Zara in retail was very nice with serving me and my friend to buy a family Pandora charm for my sister in law as a Christmas gift. She was patient and was lovely to talk to as I made my decision on the charm I wanted for my sister in law. generally I love Pandora and this time was no different, thank you zara + the Pandora team.

   Visited pandora today with my mum and we wanted to get engravable charms and we had to queue to be seen, we were then seen to find out that you cannot do half of the engravable options that are online in store! This is absolutely ridiculous as if you can do it online why not in store too. We only found this out after purchasing the engravable charms and then we find out that you cannot get a refund on a gift card so we had to repurchase it again online. Whilst we were designing our charms we had another member of staff interrupting us asking to use the ipad after being told multiple times that it was being used. the staff member then asked us if she could use it which put us in an awkward situation as the lady that was wanting to use it was standing right next to us. I think in such a busy store you need to have more ipads available for customers to make it quicker. We were probably in the shop for about an hour but i think it is ridiculous please sort these issues out.

   We visited Kingston branch on the 8th of November the manager Daniela and the assistant manager Anika were very nice and helpful, they helped my wife pick the charms. The customer service was great and I recommend shopping at this store.

   Smaller than the sutton one, hard to get round with wheelchair. But made up for by bright, enthusiastic staff willing to help. Only let down was, that the groups of little girls were crowding the store so paying customers had to wait outside, until they finished their gigglefest at all the shiny baubles.

   Just love the collections which these ppl have in store!!!! Always amazed by the varieties and the designs!!! Often visit the bentals, and in my every visit, I would love to at least go and see the nice collections!!! This time found an amazing one with a decent price value. Unfortunately couldn't grab them; I still would love to post those to let others know about their unique and wonderful designs!!!
