Purchased: Sterling silver huggies earrings and necklace pendant. Essential is my go-to for great value earrings. They have lasted me years. Also made an online purchase that needed to be dispatched ASAP, and the online team ensured my package was dispatched the same day. Great customer service.
I went there few times and on the first visit I bought two pairs of jewellery only to realise the one in the display section was a faulty so went back to the shop and was able to exchange to different pairs. However, the earring are very easy to bend and become wonky so if you don't take care of it well you won't have a nice looking pair. Unfortunately, I am editing this review because not just once but several pairs of the earrings are easily breaking and the "main" part of the jewellery easily falls off and I have to say Amazon/Etsy/Shein would have better products than these ones. It's really disappointing and a waste of money because these ones (& most products) aren't refundable.
