   The store shuts at 6pm not 8. Drove an hour to collect my gift and the store had closed 10 minutes before I arrived at 6:10. I was told I had to go and buy another one and request a refund from a different store.

   Went in today due my to my necklace being snapped which was a very sentimental gift from my dad that I cherish a lot and I no longer have a receipt as her purchased it in person and I would expect nothing to break he denied me any help however multiple of my friends have had items exchanged with no receipt before . The man was 5,6 male curly hair white , he came around from the counter to try and intimidate me and my friend 2 young teenagers as I was upset as he was very unhelpful his colleague then proceeded to laugh and say I don’t get what you aren’t understanding in a very derogatory tone I then left close to tears whilest the man shouted in my face sorry for the shut service multiple times swearing and him and his Co worker laughed me out the door , I have a very bad chest infection and become upset lead to me having to be hospitalised due to coughing non stop whilest crying with the way I was spoken too never buy from here he needs to go asap.

   There was a delivery delay for an item I ordered into the store, but when I came in the team went above and beyond to help me. The manager and another employee were super sweet and found the last pair they had in stock of the earrings I needed. It was really kind of them to help and I will be returning to the kingston branch next time I shop at Swarovski!

   The assistant manager, Rosie, was amazing! She helped me with finding the most beautiful purple earrings that I absolutely adore. She demonstrated fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend seeing Rosie when visiting the store. 10/10.
