   I had a really bad piercing experience at the Kingston branch. The first mistake, though inconvenient, is a human mistake - they pierced my one ear with the wrong earring (didn’t confirm if that’s the one I had chosen). The piercing girl was polite, but I feel needs more training and experience as she suggested that she will pierce my other ear with the earring of my choice and then out the wrong one from the other ear and re-pierce it. She couldn’t as it was just pierced, a fresh wound and it was painful. They asked me to come after 24 hours when they can do it for me - it’s been 6 weeks and it’s still hurting and unhealed. They didn’t even give me a lotion for piercings which I had to buy from somewhere else. So, I raised a case with them and told them that I don’t want to cause further damage to my ear and I would have to do it somewhere. The customer care said that the Manager of the store has called to apologise and they would like to give me a £20 voucher to finish the piercing and asked for my account details. 1. The Manager never called to apologise. The piercing girl had called me to check when I was coming and I said that I have raised a case and she kept insisting for me to come and get it done as she has done these kind of scenarios - which shouldn’t be the case, it should be done correctly at one go. 2. When I sent the account details, they said that they have to call me to confirm it. They called me a couple of days after that but I missed it as I was at work. I replied to their email to call me again and nothing - it’s been 4 weeks. The money anyway won’t make a difference but this was a horrible & highly inconvenient customer experience and I would not recommend getting your piercings done at the branch.

   I had a repair to do on my bracelet and was nervous to hand it over as it was very sentimental to me but the service I received was exemplary and my mind was quickly put to ease by the manager, I think her name was Sima. The repair was promptly done and my bracelet was back in mint condition. Very happy with the service. Would use again.

   The old Lady who served us was Very unprofessional.. she didn’t even let us Hold and see the watch properly, she acted as if we would run away with them £20-30 watch. My dad was on the important phone call at that time and she was very Rude with him for not choosing the watch fast enough. Would Never Recommend going there.

   They were unable to fix my mechanical watch and sent it back without an explanation. Their notes on as to why were missing and they were unable to to provide any explanation. They offered to send it off again but in the time they had it my watch had gone from running slow to stopped completely as well as covered in more scratches. I was disgusted by how they treated my property.
