Just visited this store and met the loveliest lady who gave my partner and I a ring measurement kit and showed us around the collections we were interested in. I didn’t get anything from the store but her service was amazing. I forgot to ask for a name but I would love to be back to get something next time!
Went looking for charms for a friend's bracelet. I met the manager lovely girl, she was very patient and showed me a number of charms available, nothing was too much for her. Very good customer service. Having been to various other shops where they just look right through you this was a lovely change. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
Great experience, staff were so lovely, I was served by Alisha, originally they didn’t have what I went in for, but she managed to find something better for me even lower than my budget!
Very pleasant staff and very helpful
Absolutely brilliant customer service by Mahreen today. I had bought some bracelets for my 2 daughters for Christmas and they were too small, despite being checked. The online Pandora store would not help at all. However, Mahreen understood the issue and she exchanged them immediately for me and took care to ensure the new size fitted well with some charms on too. She also ensured the girls were happy. We then bought some more charms and another bracelet. I would highly recommend Mahreen and the Woking store. So much better than the online version of Pandora.
Great shop with wonderful gift choices and jewellery
I shop in Pandora Woking regularly. The staff are fantastic especially Shelby, she is always very helpful and goes the extra mile. They always have what I want and the shop is well stocked & the jewellery is displayed very well.
I love it here, lots of lovely charms, bracelets, necklaces and rings. There’s often a sale tray or two, these can be good value
