   I was given a pair of earrings as a gift and opened the package only to view them. I did not like the design, so I went to the Enfield store to exchange them. However, the supervisor informed me that an exchange was not possible. This was very disappointing, especially since the earrings were never worn.

   Malka!!!! What an amazing woman with such a beautiful soul. We came in store as I had some questions about some of my jewellery.    I attended Ernest Jones on the 18th March 2023, Watford for a personal appointment. Oliver assisted me with looking at the watches. Oliver was very knowledgeable and passionate about the watches. He was fantastic in giving me help and advice with the different watch brands. It was such a pleasure to meet him and to gain his expertise. The store was very well presented and clean. Oliver used an attentive and helpful approach. The range of watches is limited with further watches that can be ordered to the store. I had a enjoyable experience visiting the store. I would also like to thank Imran after a visit to the store today on 25th March 2023. He was very friendly and helpful. Making sure that that all my needs were attended to. He is a very good communicator making me feel welcome at the store. They are such a good team.

   I brought a luxury longines watch august last year (can provide reference numbers and receipts on request) with a retail price of £3000. The service to start was good, with in about 9 months of owning the watch i started to have issues. The face of the watch fogged up! And was told this could be water damage. Firstly i have an automatic watch winder which charges the watch and there is no need for me to touch the crown. I also had not been swimming with the watch. The crown fell off the watch and luckily i was able to find! Ernest jones said they will send it off for repair which is fair enough. After nearly 2 months of being in repair i had a call to say it was ready to be picked up. I wore the watch for a weekend and placed back in the automatic watch winder. After leaving it for a week i went to put the watch back on and the automatic movement had stopped! I continued to wear the watch however it would tick for about 5 seconds then stop for a few minutes and so on. I was not happy at this point as i am now without a watch again. I returned to ernest jones and they said it needs to be sent off again! This is not what you expect when you spend alot of money on a watch! I want a replacement as the standards that the watches are fixed at are clearly not significant! And its not fair i will now be without for another few months in repair and furthermore how long will it stay fixed after its retured! Not sure if this is up to ernest jones or longines however i want the issue resolved either way as not a happy customer!
