   Today, I met Samin at H.Samuels Watford branch to get my watch fixed as springs from chains joints were poking outwards. I had bought the watch from their Hastings branch about two years ago and had forgotten some of the details of the purchase. Samin is fantastic and her customer service is exceptional. She guided me through the entire process from finding the original receipt to making claim with the insurance company and helping me find a replacement watch. She made my day amazing!    I would just like to say that Joscelin and Maisie gave an outstanding service back in July this year and are both an absolute credit to your business H.SAMUEL. They were both very welcoming and without any pushy sales techniques I might add, which always makes me just walk away from that malarkey! They were both excellent in customer service when I asked for assistance with what I had chosen. They were both very welcoming, smart, friendly, professional and as a result I would very highly recommend this store. I will defiantly be making this store my first go to when browsing and looking to buy any jewelry in the future, even though I'm not local to the area.    Really unhelpful, aggressive staff who just care about sales and nothing else. Once you have brought an item, they don't care if anything goes wrong. When I went into the store, a staff member who didn't know how to process refunds was trying to get me out of the store rather than ask her manager for help. She kept insisting the manager couldn't help me because she was with a 'diamond customer'. I'll be contacting the head office...
