   Disappointing customer service. I came to collect an online order, I asked if it could be gift wrapped but was told that since I hadn’t selected gift wrapping when ordering online it wasn’t possible. I asked if they would have gift wrapped if I had made the purchase in store, they said yes. I would expect a shop like this to have a far better level of service.

   I popped on with my friend to find some jewellery for his significant other and was met with the most amazing customer service that I think I’ve ever received. They gave us the time of day and multiple different options and had incredibly friendly demeanours. I will definitely be shopping here again. Big shout out to Telma and Usma for the support, keep up the good work.

   Went in with a friend for him to pick up an item he had reserved, whilst trying to talk to the staff member about an item I purchased a month ago that broke she was quite dismissive in her tone but at the end told me that I just need to bring the item in. Definitely will not be going to this store again and had overall tarnished my view of swarovski as a store itself

   the manager/supervisor who worked on 30/10/22 is genuinely such a rude person. i asked one question which was if they were aware if any online items would be restocking soon and i was rudely answered and asked why i came in to their store if i didn’t want to buy anything. will definitely be reporting the rude behaviour.
