    So rude!!!! Terrible attitude… one lady manager specifically, clearly I’m not the only one!! Would give 0 stars if I could. She seemed glad to tell us false information about the returns policy. Terribly represents the Pandora brand and store. Will be going to my usual store where I am sure they will be able to help. No point arguing with her sour face & ignorance, so we left the store instead.

    Went into Watford to spend my Christmas gift money. I was happy to drift through shops without any particular thing wanted or needed but ready to buy anything that caught my eye or fancy. Then I walked into pandora shop for all my carefree mood to be wiped away. I stood to the side of a display cabinet as there was no other room. I suddenly felt someone bump into me, I turned ready to apologise I might be in the way and there stood a member of staff. Her face was unwelcoming, full of disdain and somewhat with judgement. She pointed to the display cabinet and said something about not standing there. I explained there was no room anywhere else for me to look, she just stood there snorting at me then turned and walked elsewhere. She didn't even have to get pass me just chose to bang into me to prove a point. Well that ruined my shopping experience, I do not wish to shop there again which is a shame as I have several hundred pounds worth of their merchandise on my wrist and will be telling my family not to bother either

    Reputation is because of brand. According to my 2.5 years of buying experience in Pandora atria Watford only 1 lady is professional. Others are rude and not willing to serve. Few times they do make expressions to each other behind your back not to serve. After buying 3 rings, 1 bracelet, 1 safety chain, 10 charms in 2.5 years today got mistreated. I bought large heart engravable charm on Black Friday. That day because of busy selling, queue was very long and I pad was not working properly. They gave me damaged charm which I got engraved. At home I saw it and after few days went to exchange it for same. They examined and agreed exchange and were willing to return too. But store was very busy and I was running out of time. I asked them to sign the slip so that I can get the service on some other day. They authorised. Today I went buy their attitude was something else. The lady agreed that signature was her but she was refusing the examination, refund and engraving. I asked for exchange and to check the cameras of that day. She denied and was arguing with me and discussing with other Colleague with weird expressions. After few more discussion she was willing to exchange but still saying that she doesn’t remember engraving especially on the buying and sign day. I again asked her to check camera footage although engraving was clearly paid on receipt. She was asking me again and again. Anyhow Got my new charm after getting humiliated and disrespected. After shopping from another stores, passed by Pandora and the lady and her colleague were still scowling. I guess it’s the sign to stop buying more Pandora jewellery.

    Really bad experience! I went for a present and I just realized they charged the full price without the Black Friday discount(and yes at least on of the items had a 30% off) Took them ages even if there was lot of staff and there wasn’t as many people on the shop , the lady was helping me and suddendly she went with the collegue for something and took her 10 min to come back. I recommend the ones in central London they are way nicer and professional

    Absolutely terrible experience at Pandora Watford! I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I visited on Tuesday around 12:40, and the girl with short black hair was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Her attitude was terrible — it’s like she didn’t want to be there at all. I asked a simple question, and she rolled her eyes and spoke to me with zero respect. The rest of the staff weren’t much better. I waited far too long to be helped, only to be treated like an inconvenience. The store itself looked messy and disorganized, which really reflects the poor attitude of the team. I’ve been to other Pandora stores and never had such an unpleasant experience. Honestly, this branch is a complete embarrassment to the brand. Avoid it if you can — there are plenty of other Pandora stores with staff who actually care about their customers.

    I went today to buy something from Pandora. There were 4 or 5 workers that didn't have clients. I asked one of them to help us look at something and she said to wait a second. That second turned into 10 minutes. They didn't want to work and were just waiting for time to pass so they could be done for the day. Lazy people. I don't recommend going to the Pandora in Watford.

    Unfortunately I have to agree with the other recent reviews. The customer service in this store by certain people (including the supervisor) is awful. Rude and don’t even look like they want to be there. I brought three items recently and was left waiting for an assistant to see me while they served other people who obviously arrived after me. Not wanting to create a scene I stood and waited patiently. Once I finally got served it seemed the store assistant’s just wanted you to quickly buy something and go. Around 3 weeks later I returned to the store as a pair of heart hoop earrings I brought were not closing properly and falling out my ear. When they looked at them the girl returned to me and said that as I’d slept in them (which I hadn’t) and they had been bent out of shape and all I needed to do was bend them back… when I questioned the fact that I only wore them out and didn’t sleep in a pair of hoop earrings I was dismissed. I asked her what I should do if this happens again and she told me to bend them back into shape, I asked if I did that and they broke would they replace them and she said no. When I asked if I could exchange them for something else I was told no as this wasn’t covered by the warranty!! I stood my ground and told her I wasn’t happy with this, the earring was faulty and I wasn’t happy to simply “bend it back into shape” if this happened again as I would definitely not be entitle for a refund then! She spoke to her supervisor (right behind me in ear shot) talking about me and when I turned round to suggest I could hear them talking about me she just looked at me and said to just do it (to basically get me out the store). I was then taken to another cash register where I felt like I had done something wrong and hardly spoken to and given a new pair of the same earrings. I’ve spent a lot and I mean a lot of money at Pandora over the years buying countless jewellery for my self and gifts for friends and family and have never been made to feel like this before. This is a shame and not a reflection on the brand as the majority of stores are more than accommodating when you go in, however, it seems the Watford branch (or franchise) needs a shake up and some lessons in customer service!!

    Very rude and unprofessional staff. Do not recommend to go there with any faulty product under warranty as the staff will refuse to exchange it with any silly excuse. EWELINA the supervisor shouldn’t be working there at all with her attitude towards customers and not mentioning having a position of supervisor. I went to get my rose gold ring exchanged as 2 stones fell out and the ring lost its colour and round shape within couple of months after purchasing. I had a receipt and the ring with me. I was shouted at by EWELINA saying that she will not exchange my ring as it is my fault the the ring is in this state. I then asked for a manager and was told there was no manager in the store today however they have an assistant manager. RAMONA the assistant manager came around and once again I was given attitude but now by the assistant manger which she claimed to be the manager when I asked what her position is. She threw the receipt and ring at me saying that it is not under the warranty and told me to read the rules of warranty on their website. I then said I have read them on the back of the receipt, which I was then shockingly asked to say what they were (as if I was being tested to see if I actually read them). I was again shouted at saying to leave the store as they will not exchange the ring. Few days later I went into a different Pandora store and managed to get the ring exchanged with no questions asked. Once I got the ring exchanged I went back into Watford Pandora to show RAMONA (assistant manager) as once again there was no manager in store, that I have managed to get the ring exchanged with no issues at all. She then rudely laughed at me that I had time to come back to show her the ring and started to shout and argue with me again. Very highly do not recommend this store unless you are purchasing something then you will be welcomed with a smile.

    Hiya, I’ve had my Pandora bracelet in repairs via the Pandora Watford branch for nearly over 3 months. They had to cut and break it as the charms were getting stuck. The bracelet was a gift to me by my late mother. I had spoken to the manager at the Pandora Watford branch and they had agreed to give me a new bracelet and I would have to pay £17 for repair of the charms. I have sent my daughter to collect it today after having to wait nearly 3 months. To then see that I am left with a rusty broken bracelet and my charms. I am absolutely devastated. Now I am left with this after the manager had sorted it. I am so upset about this as I had serval conversations with the Watford Branch and had to call to chase it up servals times. I was so excited when I received the call to say I could collect it as it has a very special place in my heart to then not being able to wear it. So disappointed.
