   I bought 2 x charms for my daughter, my husband saw same on their online shop cheaper. I went back to explain and received such lovely customer service (as usual). I really cannot complain as all their staff are wonderful. I also felt a little hot and faint in the shopping centre in Watford and they sat me down and got me a drink! I'm sure that I'll be back.... Thank you Watford staff

   We recently brought some great quality jewellery from Thomas Sabo Watford and as always Jemma served us and was amazing, friendly and super helpful in going through all the jewellery we wanted to view and try on, I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a nice peice of jewellery for yourself and someone special.    I was only looking in the window of Thomas Sabo for a possible Christmas present for my daughter. However, the young man the other side of the window gave me a lovely friendly smile. So, I decided to go in, along with my husband. Jemma offered to help us. She was so friendly, easy to talk to and patient with us that we not only ended up purchasing two items for our daughter, but also two Peanuts charms as a Christmas present for me, too! All in all, it was a really lovely shopping experience. Excellent customer service in a warm and friendly environment that you don’t often get these days. The yummy M&S choccie helped too! It was our second visit to Thomas Sabo and we received the same excellent level of service from a young girl on that occasion too. Will definitely be back!

   A shopping experience that I couldn’t fault! I wanted to exchange a gift (which was slightly past the 28 days), but Angela made it incredibly easy, suggested some options for other items I might like. I thought about replacing a ring I’d had for 4 years that had worn out slightly. But she suggested it could be replated which I opted for. Angela is a true credit to the company, we need more of people like her in customer service. So friendly, helpful and professional!

   The team at Watford Thomas Sabo are absolutely amazing, myself and my partner have got to know the team so well, the store manager we got to meet on our first shopping trip a few years ago, She was and still is amazing, we got to know the team by names which is always nice and they know what type of jewellery we like, when we order we get a curtesy call to say when it’s been delivered, everything is always nicely packaged. The store is always clean and very professional looking and always updated with new collections. I am always introducing friends and family to the Watford store, we always ho-W that this store will be around for many more years and the staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
