   Wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend spent £95 on engagement ring resizing at this place. We had to go there 5 times in total as they wrongly sized me as J1/2 with hand cream on the very first time we went, instead of measuring me without cream. Last time I asked for the ring to be size L but it is now much bigger than L. So we are back to square one, with a ring that I can’t wear, unhappy and £95 down. Please choose a bigger jewellers and someone who cares. EDIT: your response was extremely unprofessional and we are still money down. I recommend G & E Jewellers in Kingston upon Thames where we received a fantastic service.

   Family run local jewellers. Superb customer service, very attentive on our requirements. Managed to source some diamonds for my wife to view before we decided to purchase the ring. Made on site and we couldn’t be happier with the ring. Highly recommend.

   Our second visit to this delightful shop was to find a silver chain on which to attach an old coin. With friendly and helpful advice we chose one handmade by the owner (it's exquisite) and the whole piece was assembled and ready to collect in 3 days. All in all, a lovely experience.

   Highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and nice. I needed a necklace fixing as the chain had broken. I took it in Friday afternoon and it was ready for me to collect the next day on Saturday afternoon and it was fixed to a very high standard, its a old necklace and they even cleaned it, so I got it back all nice and shiny like new. The price of repair was the same price as other shops had quoted to me but other shops had said 2 to 4 weeks wait time. This shop only took less than a day to fix the necklace. If you want a really professional and good genuine jewellery store then this is the one to go to. I went dressed in my jogging bottoms and a t shirt and trainers. so did not look my best, but they treated me so nice. A lot of shops when they see you dressed like that they treat you different, but this shop treated me with great customer care and service. They are amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars, but 5 is the maximum allowed on here. I would 100% go here or recommend them to anyone needing a jewellers shop.
