Saw Ben today to get my first ear piercing. He was very friendly and made me felt at ease - it was like a mate did it for me. He was extremely professional and reassuring, gave me all the details I needed and answered all my questions. I really hope to see him in the future.
Amazing service here! I came to get a watch strap fixed, and Chrissie was so helpful and kind. The actual strap repair they did for free, and changing the battery was very affordable - they even set it to the right time for me! They were very helpful about any future repairs I could need for the watch. I would absolutely recommend - thank you so much!
Wonderful service from Chrissie, even the lady I talked to but didn’t get the name of the visit prior. They were super helpful and managed to convince me to get a pricier watch with their magical words. Ended up with the perfect watch and I love it!! Even took the links out free of charge and explained the entire warranty rules. 10/10 :)
The staff at the store is very helpful and friendly. Alex really knew the products, and Chelsey was very kind and patient while dealing with my confusing description of the earrings I was looking for. Will definitely come back here, next time I feel like treating myself!
They're closing down and making way for something else but the staff were friendly and helpful despite losing their jobs.

Worst experience since shopping with this company, walk in,2 seated females, asking for an item, one(we have many,which one)I know that of course..had she get her lazy self up to go look where the item was outside, it been good, got the item with all my work,then I said I forgot I had a coupon..sorry I did the sale already....me,sorry I Don't want the item anymore..just so she lost a sale..its sad to see so many unhelpful people still working in some places, with no help to earn they Daily bread..won't be back in Guildford branch anytime soon..
Went to pick my Xmas pressie and the guy in store was fantastic couldn't get my 1st few choices as I've chubby fingers the manager gave me a fabulous deal on one I couldn't really afford he was brilliant.the assistant Liz? Was great to.
