Fabulous customer service and repairs. I’ve had various things repaired here and always very happy with the result. Most recently had my engagement ring reset, the ring looked like new and repairs were done very quickly. They also have a stock of beautiful jewellery to buy.
Fast, friendly service. Completed a repair in under five minutes at minimal cost, whereas Ernest Jones were charging £150 and quoting weeks. Would definitely recommend them on the basis of their efficiency and cost effectiveness for any sort of jewellery repairs.

Exactly what a local jewellers should be. Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve had many experiences here but today when I took my damaged long loved ring in for re shaping that the shop I bought it from wouldn’t do for me… there and then Campbells straightened it out free of charge! In this day and age I was overwhelmed. Why shop anywhere else. Top marks !
I called to confirm if I could get the battery in my Tudor watch replaced. They said yes not an issue. When I arrived I was told they cannot do Tudor watches as they do t have the tool.

Brought in an antique charm bracelet to be lengthened with an additional charm added. Great service, superb care taken. Just really nice people. We are so impressed by the wonderful service that manager Sanela has given us in the Campbells jewellers in Epsom when selecting our wedding rings.
