   I tried T H Baker after being quoted £40.00 for a new battery for a £13.30 Casio from Argos. Great little watch, so I took it toTHB and got it repaired for £15.00. In the meantime bought a G-SHOCK but couldn't set it up. Young man in shop spent some time sorting it out and got it working. No charge. Brilliant service!

   Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience buying a watch from this store. The lady who served me gave me the impression that she looked down on me just because I’m not white. When I decided to buy the watch, I was told there was no fresh one from the stock so I was given the display unit one, where I knew for a fact that I called the store 3 days before I went there and one of the store staff told me that the store had at least 3 units of the watch type I wanted. Even more, when I finished with my purchasing and walked out from the store and got back home, they didn’t give me the official international warranty card (physical one) that should have come with the watch and the box. When I called the store back, they said that the watch manufacturer didn’t give the physical warranty card anymore and I could just use the receipt as proof of purchase and services purpose. This was so misleading and confusing, where in fact I did remember the lady who served me held some kind of card that looked like the warranty card when she asked me about my details to register the information online. I suspected that the actual warranty card was indeed there in the box, but the lady forgot to put it back after my data registration and somehow lost it. This is so irresponsible of them. I also know for a fact that the watch manufacturer still indeed gives a physical warranty card inside the box as part of their general procedure. I knew exactly about this because I did visit Geneva just recently and I bought a watch there, right at the flagship store and manufacture place of the watch. Another T H Baker store staff that made some calls with me was a bit nicer, told me that they have requested a new warranty card directly from the manufacturer in Gevena to be sent to their store to be then sent to me. However, this promise had been made like months ago and until now I haven’t received the promised warranty card yet, after almost 3 months since I purchased the watch from them. Really not recommended to buy anything from this store.

   I bought my first proper swiss watch from here not too long ago (Tissot PRX Green Quartz), and I was absolutely blown away by the service. This watch was a big deal for me and Sam from T H Baker in Reigate made it worth every penny. Would recommend this place to anybody!

   Great service received from the Reigate branch. My husband had his Tag watch serviced and they did such a great job and provided a professional service we decided to put our wedding rings, engagement ring and eternity ring in to be cleaned too. Again very professional. Alison provided a great service and is very knowledgable. The rings came back immaculate! Have put another ring in for repair too. Definitely recommend.

   They have lost my engagement ring twice, because the staff were unable to find it. The stones have come loose and the repair they did to the claw was awful. I won’t be buying anymore jewellery from them.

   Kia helped my partner and I go over a multitude of designs and styles before we settled on the ring, her customer service was exceptional. The item had a lead time on it which dragged over a little, however Kia and Liz worked hard to ensure the item was ready before the necessary date. I would highly recommend T H Baker again and certainly felt Kia went above and beyond for us.

   My partner and I always use T H Baker. It is our local jewellers - there are tons of jewellers in reigate and I would never use any of them apart from this one as the service is second to none. You are always great by a friendly smile and they are extremely knowledgeable. My last visit was to get a new battery in my watch. I was advised that it would probably take 2 weeks as it had to be pressure tested in another branch. I was delighted to get a call after eight days to say it was back and ready to collect. Great service as always. Thank You.

   Perfect service. My fiance and I have just started looking for our wedding bands. We were met with a friendly staff member who was happy to help. I didn't quite get her name, but she had long blonde hair and we had a very nice talk about our travels. She was very helpful and engaging. The store has a great range of jewelry with a wide range of prices which will help a lot of people with different budgets which they might have. Recommended! Kind Regards Sam
