   ernest jones is ernest jones. but this exact store i found very helpful and the lady behind the counter(whos name i did not catch) was middle age blonde lady. very very helpful was very quick to help me find the watch i wanted. adjusted it for me. explained everything to me crystal clear. and also checked some other 3rd party silver for me which they did not profit from. very good service trust me

   Very poor customer interaction. Went there to inquire about their click and collect service. There were 2 ladies - one at the payment counter. She was least interested in the questions and then her colleague started talking to her, and this lady just turned to talk to her, completely ignoring us. We just said ‘thanks’ and walked out. Never going back there again. Perhaps they judge on appearance or they are underpaid. It was a waste of time and left with a bad taste.

   Went in this afternoon to enquire about a necklace to wear my late partners engagement ring on as a temporary comfort while I decide whether to have it used in to a wedding ring for me. The member of staff serving me couldn't have cared less, offered no help or advice or options, in fact could barely face engaging in a conversation with me. Worse than a useless shopping experience. I was actually thankful for one of her colleagues making an appearance and starting a conversation with her so that I could then walk out. Awful.

   Denise the store manager has been fantastic to deal with. After customer services on the phone weren’t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn’t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. With both my wedding ring and engagement ring from there, this would encourage us to return for our next jewellery purchase so thank you!

   No slander just facts. Recently, I reserved a Boss watch last minute for a colleague’s retirement. I arrived in Epsom having travel from Maidstone and collected the watch and took it immediately to Timpsons for engraving. The gent pointed out loads of scratches on the back of the watch which was immensely disappointing. I didn’t have any time to return and had to go ahead with the engraving as i had to present it the next day. I strongly suggest you scrutinise whatever you click and collect as from my experience the staff don’t quality check the items when picking them. I won’t return, next time I’ll go elsewhere as I can’t be left with that feeling of disappointment again. I was so excited when I was making my way to collect.

   I stopped by your shop to buy a present for my wife. Very quickly someone from the staff approached me with an offer of help. The choice was difficult due to a large amount of jewellery. Despite this, with great patience and professionalism, Bianca showed me more and more things. After some time, I decided to take Bianca's suggestion and decided to buy. I was pleasantly surprised by the help with a free exchange for a different size. Also, Bianka was very helpful in obtaining the certificate of authenticity. I must point out that the entire staff of the store was very nice and willing to help. I will recommend everyone to buy in your store. I wish you good luck and keep it up.

   I walked in to the store today ready to buy a watch for my husband for Christmas. I walked around the shop few times but as I don't have an idea what's in style these days I was hoping one of the staff would assist. I asked one of the ladies for reccomendation and if there is a "best seller" in a particular price range. She pointed me towards a certain brand and carried on doing a stocktake. I left dissapointed and empty handed.
