   The necklace I purchased was for my wife for Valentine's Day. It arrived in plenty of time was of really good quality. On the day it was very uch appreciated by my wife who loves it and wears it at every opportunity. Highly recommended.

   I'm afraid this took ages to be delivered but it did arrive for Christmas. The bracelet looked lovely and wasn't cheap, but wouldn't stay done up. It was too late to return it so it's now stuck in a drawer waiting for me to take to it to a jewellers too see if they can fix the problem. I had high hopes for this piece but I sorely disappointed.

   This company auto-enrolled elderly parent into ‘jewellery subscriptions’; costing alot of money needed for heating & food. Terrible - daylight robbery!!!! Preying on elderly vulnerable people. Helpful customer services but am reporting to Trading Standards. Disgraceful! Zero stars if possible

   Ordered a Steiff tiger only to be sent a (much cheaper) Charlie Bear ( even though the invoice clearly says Steiff tiger). Still waiting for the actual correct order. Very disappointed

   Well first experience was buying a so called genuine silver pendant that feels like silver solder. second time month or so ago i bought a pendant for daughters birthday the transfer writhing is all to one side even on the side and front i though would be sparkly as dull as a coal shed

   Very, very disappointing and reading the reviews I'm not alone. I ordered a MURANO GLASS bracelet. The beads are beautiful but the gold plating is missing entirely on the extension chain and on several places on the joining metal parts between the beads. I note that the company policy is 'we will give you your money back', they are not in the least surprised. I will not use them again.

   Returned and given a full refund. Bought two birthstone butterfly pendants but they did not look worth what was paid. Not even in a presentation case; just a puny 1 inch square polythene bag inside a soft cheap pouch. Previous purchase of a granddaughter locket was lovely though and it was in a decent case.

   I found this company easy to deal with. Ordered a dress ring on behalf of elderly mother, it arrived promptly, she changed her mind and didnt want it so we returned it and it was credited promptly. Sadly mother passed away but because ring was ordered in my husbands' name we kept getting promotions and letters, tried to cancel them online but didn't have much luck but a phone call to customer services was answered quickly, and our name was removed from the mailing list whilst I was on the phone. Couldn't be more simple.
