   I have known Sanjeev jewellers back from when they first opened. My mum enjoyed visiting their shop and they became our family jewellers. I now got to know the 3rd generation.    This was my first time visiting Sanjeev Jewellers and what can I say. I came with an image chat GBT had created based on a ring from memory that my grandmother has lost. Sanjeev listened and understood the vision straight away. He took the time to sketch and give me recommendations based on his expertise and I finally had a jeweller who understood what I was looking for exactly! Despite tight timelines for when I needed it for, he said it would arrive before then and also acknowledged the beauty of the historic design, being a 70 year old ring at least! I’m not one to leave reviews before a purchase but even if the ring doesn’t turn out how I expect which I highly doubt, I had to take the time to commend the service and attention to detail whilst listening to my requirements. I just know this will be the perfect gift for my grandmother’s 90th birthday next month. Thank you Sanjeev, the service for an initial visit, was out of this world. It just goes to show there are jewellers out there who give you the time of day despite the amount you’re spending. Will definitely be recommending you!

   Went Sanjeev jewellers this week to pick up a Gold Khara and the service was amazing. As someone who has never bought gold before they helped me a lot and informed me of the best purchase between 9 carat all the way to 24 carat. Lots of selection of jewellery. The piece was handmade in store and looks amazing. Quality jewellery and quality service. Will be coming back again

   All in all really lovely family. Came to buy something for my girlfriend but she couldn’t make a decision. One of the workers, Jimmy I believe his name was, seemed uninterested in making a sale. To the point where he kissed his teeth at her when she said she couldn’t make a decision. Everyone else is really nice there, but my girlfriend was really upset by him and ended up not buying anything because she felt like a nuisance. It was also to the point where we asked for a bangle and asked if it came in different colours but we were told no. When we went outside we saw it and came inside to see the size ourselves. That’s not how a customer should be treated or be forced to feel. Your customer might take longer to choose something but that doesn’t mean being rude is going to make them hurry up. Knowing the family for ages, I might still come in to make a purchase at another point but my girlfriend definitely won’t and I won’t be able to forget how I was treated.
