   I had an excellent experience at Swarovski Guildford. My daughter’s bracelet was broken, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Even without a receipt, they replaced it for us completely free of charge. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful service. Thank you to the team at Swarovski Guildford for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

   I recently visited this store with a repair issue for my tennis bracelet, and the service Angela provided was outstanding! She truly made my day. This was a huge contrast to the level of customer service I received at the Swarovski store in Victoria’s Mayfair Centre. Angela gave 110% to find me a solution — she refused to give up even when I did. Thank you, Angela, for your exceptional dedication and kindness!

   Valerie greeted me as soon as I walked in. This was a massive difference as I had just been into Pandora and not been approached. (I was wearing a tracksuit) but that didn’t stop Valerie approaching me and treating all customers the same. I came in wanting to buy an anniversary gift, I didn’t have a clue but Valerie helped narrow down the purpose of the present and what I needed it for and what role I wanted this present to play. She showed me multiple options and was happy to do so and at this stage I was merely looking. This showed me that she cares about me as a customer. Karishma then took over from Valerie and continued the excellent service. We then looked again and again. I must’ve taken up over 30 mins of Valerie and Karishmas time. At no point did I feel pressured. We then agreed to purchase a matching necklace and bangle set and then a further ring. I am really happy with the service and thought I should mention how good it was. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thankyou so much.

   I am really positively impressed with how Swarovski remains loyal to providing an impeccable retail experience in the midst of an era of online shopping which has impacted the retail experience in general. I was not even sure I was going to buy anything , I went for a browse. I ended up buying two gifts for my friends. I was assisted by a lady called Val. Val was simply WONDERFUL . She knows the products and the company so well and delivers her knowledge with evident skill and care. It was like being in a museum, where the products were magical artefacts. I am so happy to have experienced this and to have made a lovely purchase at Swarovski Guildford Friary Mall. Sale assistants like Val make the world a better place Thank you for this -M

   Attended this afternoon to have a repair on a ring which was purchased 10 years ago. As they are no longer offering jewellery repairs they were happy to exchange this free of charge. Very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Very impressed with the service.
