Went in to just get a watch battery changed so I could wear my watch this evening, was told an extortionate price of 23 pounds to change the battery were I agreed, then was told will ready MONDAY... it takes 2 minutes. But told they are closing now. Found another shop in Broadwalk Β£10 done in a flash. If getting charged 23 for a battery, I wonder how much they put on actual jewellery!! Rip off

Iβve used these jewellers a few times for buying jewellery and watch repairs. Theyβve always been very helpful and courteous and offer a quick, cheap service. I hope to continue using them for many years!
Bought a neckless and earrings as a birthday gift. When we got home realised the box they came in was completely scuffed and broken. We went back wanting to exchange for something else, the woman in the shop was extremely rude, gave us another unsuitable box. refused to exchange the earrings and neckless saying they'd been worn (we haven't even given the gift yet and they've spent entire time in the box.) They are very happy to take your money but if you require any customer service they are nothing but rude. worst customer experience i've ever received. turned giving a birthday gift into a very sour experience. Avoid using them and go elsewhere.
Brought a mechanical automatic watch here for repair that was not keeping good time and often not auto-winding and stopping altogether. They offered very prompt and courteous service for a fair price. They said the repair is guaranteed and I can bring it back anytime but the watch is now functioning better than ever!
