   This was a replacement, for the small/medium size which was recommended by a customer service, when it arrived was very toght on. Didn't want the hassle of sending back. I ordered the meduim large which is a better fit. BUT on comparing the two bracelets their is a difference!!! The birthstone disc on the larger bracelet is separate from the disc. After several phone calls and emails not answered. Did get an answer 'use pliars and adjust yourself' Wasn't prepared to do this in case we broke the bracelet. Would've acpted this but on looking again its the wrong birth flower. Have the necklace so compared to that. So having to send back and get done hopefully correctly and before Christmas. Have had several pieces from Hurley Burley in the past but this has caused upset. Very lack of communication - Emails are not answered and still waiting for a call from them.

   I ordered silver necklace with initial and birthstone for a birthday present. I’m so glad I did as it’s beautiful and price was really good. Delivery was great and arrived very quickly. Packaging is lovely too. I found Hurley burley by chance online and so glad I did. Will defo order again from them

   Be aware when purchasing from this site. I recently purchased a Saint Christopher pendant with chain for a baby. The proportions and photos on the website were not anywhere near the reality of the chain that I received. The chain I received was unbelievably flimsy and thin and will definitely snap within one wear. I was unable to return as a customised. However, no one can wear this chain. The website picture was very misleading and when I even went back to Proportions were completely different and the website shows a much thicker chain. I have therefore lost out financially as the gift is pointless. When reaching out to the Company, I was simply told in their opinion it is the same sorry for any inconvenience. There is no customer service and the product received was below Par quality.

   Product arrived with the wrong personalisation despite putting the correct words before ordering and when on the basket, the order cut out words. Must be a glitch on the site. Called and they said they can't do anything or help out in any way and told to reorder again. Went elsewhere instead. Would not recommend

   I have ordered from them before on noths and was impressed with the product. I recently asked a question to them on noths. They initially took a long time to respond and once they did, didn't answer my question and deflected back to the picture of the product. It was a £50+ personalised non returnable product and I was reluctant to spend that amount of money on a personalised product without being absolutely sure of the information that I needed. I still haven't received an answer to my question and am very disappointed. I will not purchase with them until I have received the information that I reasonably asked for.

   I ordered the oxidised silver st Christopher on the curb chain for my son’s 21st. Initially I had trouble reaching the company by phone, but using the contact form on the website I got speedy replies. Due to the Royal Mail strike I arranged for my parcel to be collected by UPS. Hurley Burley got my pendant with engraving ready in super quick time and packaged it up with the UPS label I sent them. UPS failed to collect it so I arranged another collection. Aoife at Hurley Burley was so helpful, replacing the label with a new collection label and keeping me informed all the way. He let me know when it had been collected. It arrived in time for my son’s birthday and we are so pleased with it. It’s a lovely substantial weight and the engraving is beautiful. Fantastic gift and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

It was a real pleasure to deal with Liz, who was so helpful when instead of an initial engraving, I wanted the medical alert symbol. It is so difficult to find stylish medical alert jewellery and now I have beautiful necklace that could also save my life. Over the moon and definitely wont be my last purchase - thank you

   I purchased 2 pairs of silver hoop earrings from Hurley Burley to gift to my bridesmaids on my wedding day, however, I only received 1 pair on delivery. I made contact with the company who swiftly sent the 2nd pair to correct this error, however, they did not include the required earring card that had been requested when I placed the order. Again, I made contact with the company who quickly sent me the card to include with my gift. A few weeks before my wedding I decided to order the same pair to gift my flower girl on the day, I placed a further order on the website. When this arrived, they’d sent me a completely incorrect order and I had received another ladies order of 2 personalised christening bracelets (and her delivery note with name, email and address details!!). I contacted the company who sent me my correct order the next day. On the wedding day, my bridal party were extremely happy with their gifts and they were gorgeous, but again it wasn’t straight forward. One of the clasps on the earrings was in fact faulty and had to be bent in order to stay in my bridesmaids ears! A lot of hassle for a nice looking but poor quality item. Will not be a returning customer.
