   Awful experience at Pandora Epsom today - I’d gone in to collect a gift voucher for my granddaughter but unfortunately the lady that served me was totally clueless as to how to administer it to me! I was in a rush and she told me to go next door to WH Smith which I did with success - the lady in Pandora very sarcastically said “have a nice day” - never again ……

   Been shopping here for years, as my wife has several Pandora items which we add to regularly. However, they had a 'buy two items and get the third free' offer which I found out about after my visit, nobody informed me of this when I purchased the two items. Also, the helpful lady sales person offered to mark the underside of one of the bags so I could distinguish the two items I had purchased (one was for a mum, so she marked the bag with an 'M') without unwrapping them. The problem we had was, she had marked the wrong bag! So my daughter gave her mum the 'Forever Together' charm and I presented my wife with the 'Mum' charm. Sometimes expecting other people to get things right, shouldn't be relied upon!

   What a lovely store, i have been meaning to leave a review for a while and kept forgetting but thought I must! I was in a few weeks ago and from start to finish I had such a wonderful time shopping and being shown all the beautiful charms, the service was wonderful and all the lovely ladies were so accommodating and helpful. I’ll be back in soon to start my Christmas shopping.

   I’ve shopped here loads before. Today I was starting Christmas presents and went in to get 4 birth stone charms. I was served by a blonde lady with glasses, didn’t catch her name. I requested May, July, October and November charms. She then returned with 4 charms, two of which were the same colour, I questioned why they were the same colour and she said I asked for 2 Octobers. The colour was yellow which isn’t even October but November, and she had made a mistake. Without apologising she told me to calm down, I asked her what does she mean she then told me to calm down again and said they are understaffed. Not once was I rude to the lady nor did I raise my voice. I’m a sales person myself and can understand how frustrating it is when spoken to in horrible manor. I would never speak to my customer how she spoke to me. I told the lady not to worry and walked out this resulted in an order loss of £140! I’ve never been spoken to in such a rude and abrupt manor and this will put me off entering this store again.

   Visited a couple of weeks ago planning to buy my daughter a birthday present. They have some beautiful jewellery ranging in price. The staff were very friendly and happy to let my daughter try on a necklace she liked even though sadly she decided that she didn't like it. We may well go back to see if we can find something else instead.
