   I had such a great experience at Sinclair Jewellers. I brought in my necklace to be fixed and they did an amazing job. The staff were so friendly, helpful and quick — they explained everything clearly and made me feel really looked after. My necklace came back perfect, like brand new! I’m really happy with their service and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend Sinclair Jewellers for any repairs or jewellery needs!

   Outstanding! The diamond fell out of my engagement ring two days before my wedding. I visited Sinclairs in desperate need of help and they were able to assist me in one day. They were extremely friendly, professional, accommodating and just generally a pleasure to do business with. They even gave the ring a polish and offered to polish my other jewellery. I cannot thank them enough for helping me in such quick time. I cannot recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them in future. THANK YOU

   After searching for somewhere to adjust the bracelet on my vintage Rolex Datejust, I'm so pleased that I stumbled upon Sinclair Jewellers. The watch was purchased by my grandfather when I was born, and handed down to me a couple of days ago, so it holds a lot of sentimental value and I was nervous about who to hand it over to. The team did an amazing job, replacing a spring pin, taking out bracelet links (along with the pains of working on a 36-year-old bracelet) and being incredibly patient with several adjustments to make sure it perfectly fit my hilariously tiny wrist. They are also bloody lovely people to talk to. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

   Absolutely brilliant!! I took my bestie there for a bday surprise to get her ears pierced. Staff/owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, funny- we had a good laugh. Attention to detail when lining up the piercing ensuring all was accurate with very nice care and thoughtfulness. Professional yet super lovely and friendly. The studs were beautiful, all options. The money for the piercings also goes to charity too. Which is lovely. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon.

   Wonderful service! My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings here. We were given lots of time to chose from their selection. But we opted for our own unique design, we were given great help and advice in making our bespoke rings just perfect for us. And the price was very reasonable too.    I recently purchased an engagement ring here and had a great experience. I popped in as I was walking past, always keen to try independent shops and was very pleased I did. Peter helped me custom design a ring, was up front about the pricing and was considerate of my budget and requirements. The staff are clearly knowledgeable and friendly, making it an easy process for someone (like me) who is not as clued up about jewellery! I was delighted with the ring and Peter was very helpful and got it resized in very quick time. If you want expertise and people who care, go to Sinclair!

   Always try your local Jeweller before going to Tiffany etc! I’ve been a buying all my diamond pieces at branded stores before discovering Sinclair - but their price and service is so much better, and the quality is top. I’ve had some diamond studs re-set from white gold to platinum and they exactly copied the unique setting. They also custom created my wedding band with diamonds and the quality of the diamonds and the band is very very good. Thick and smoothly rounded band with very white and sparkling diamonds. I have many pieces from Tiffany and De Beers to compare with, and will only really go to Sinclair now as it’s just better value and service, and I’m happy to support a family business.
