Atrocious and kafkaesque. Amber's good, gold rings are flimsy and more akin to a Christmas cracker, the one I bought just snapped in two places, and they were spectacularly uniterested. Still chasing and waiting to hear from them, to no avail. Avoid at all costs.
Received amber inlay ring which broke after one wear. This company would not accept a return, or replace it. This was a birthday gift for my husband. Very disappointed.
No problem with the pendant that was supplied but I had ordered a gold chain that was too short. I emailed asking if I could exchange for a longer one (more sale for them) but multiple emails and phone messages go unanswered. I would certainly not risk buying of them again
Disappointed. The earrings I purchased are fake (do not fluoresce under UV light) as amber which is authentic will. I am unable to get a refund because they are earrings. However the expensive (ÂĢ400) ring I purchased last summer is authentic so Amber Centre is unreliable - will not shop again.
I bought a Christmas present on 12th December, it never arrived, and despite repeated emails and trying to phone, no one has ever got back to me. I had bought several items in the past, but never again. Terrible customer service.
Do not trust!! Have not received money back for returned items. Although the website states they have a 14 day money back guarantee, you have to request a return by email. Both my email requests went unanswered. There was no reply when I called and their message inbox was full. I posted the items back anyway and have received nothing. Their returns policy appears to be a scam.
Awful! Will never shop here again! My husband bought what he thought was a genuine Pandora charm it was bought 2 months ago it has not left the box it came in as it was the wrong charm he had ordered and its gone discoloured!!! We asked for a returns label to send it back and did not receive one and when we challenged them about it being fake they were not very helpful at all. Very bad service and fake jewellery. We are not well off so losing this money has not made us happy will be warning everyone about this company. Disgraceful!
I ordered a present online for my girlfriend for her birthday - when it came I was really happy with the quality - I think for the price the product is really good value and I would certainly recommend to family & friends
Becarful when you buy from them. Shop used to be in the city. I bought from them Amber beads spend ÂĢ1300,with cirteficate. After I found it is pressed Amber. When I called them they said the shop closed and no more business,even they still tuning business on line. Don't trust them at all.
