   My cat Dusty was referred after developing a nasty eye ulcer that was not getting better. I have to say that every member of Rowe Referrals that I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. The vets were just superb - really thorough examinations from the first to last visit, and they all took time to explain exactly what was wrong with Dusty’s eye, and what treatment he needed. He had surgery the same day that he was first seen, and under the care of the Rowe team has made an excellent recovery. Was the treatment expensive? Yes. But you get what you pay for, and I feel that it was money extremely well spent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if your pet needs specialist treatment.

   Our experience with Rowe Specialist Vets was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we made our first call, Sonya on reception went above and beyond. Her care, compassion, and professionalism were outstanding and truly put our minds at ease before we even took our pup in. When it came to our dachshund's IVDD surgery—the day every dachshund owner dreads—specialist vet Ian was simply amazing. He was incredibly professional and walked us through everything, explaining the 98% success rate and giving us so much confidence. We were a wreck, as our dog is like our child, but Ian's knowledge and calm demeanor were so reassuring. One week later, our little girl is already on the road to recovery thanks to the clear aftercare instructions and physio exercises provided. The whole team at Rowe Vets is fantastic, but Sonya and Ian truly have hearts of gold. We can't thank them enough for their help and support during such a stressful time.

   Our dog, Baffi, has recently been treated at Rowe in Bradley Stoke. He was treated for a growth, which was of course very worrying for us, but from our first to last appointment we couldn’t have asked for better explanations & care. Elisa Best, his surgeon & all the staff we spoke to were professional, dedicated & friendly. Thankfully all is well with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rowe Referrals.

   We were referred to Rowe's eye clinic by our vet as Maya has dry eye. When I got her, her vision was awful, she would fall into puddles or off steps. I never dreamed that we'd see the day she would chase a ball. Her quality of life has been improved so much already. The staff are really helpful and prescriptions are posted out really quickly too.

   We took our GSD to Rowe Veterinary Hospital out of hours as she had become very ill. The Vet got to work on her immediately. All the staff were very caring and kept us informed of everything at every stage of her treatment. Thanks to their care we were able to bring our beautiful girl home after 3 days. Thank you to everyone involved in her care we can't praise you enough.

   They have saved my cat's life again! She had FIP early this year which she was cured of thanks to new medicine. Then recently she had a bacterial lung infection & at one point was on oxygen. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
