Pretty appalling to be informed my details removed from system in favour of ex wife, surely this is a breach of regulations. Always used this veterinary practice. I wasn’t even asked about change, my name and number stored on system and not so much a call to enquire if this was ok? Disgusted with this, perhaps an explanation how this breach in customer experience was allowed to happen.
Always used this vets absolutely brilliant, such a caring group of people, unfortunately we lost one of our beloved pets today and all I can say is the team were amazing.

Have been coming here for years with my cats who have always been greeted warmly and treated with respect and affection. A couple of my cats have needed major operations, the outcomes of which have always been very successful. I have huge confidence in all the vets at this practice.
