Darren was exceptionally welcoming and demonstrated great expertise. We entrusted him with an engagement ring in which the stone had not been set correctly and had come loose from its bezel. He not only carried out the repair to the highest standard, but also reset the stone with such care and precision that it is now more secure than ever. Some strive for “as good as new,” but Darren achieved better than new, and we will certainly be returning!

What a fantastic service I received. Last year I had a diamond replaced in my Wife's engagement ring and claws renewed. Whilst there purchased a gold ankle bracelet at an incredibly good price. Last week had another repair on a piece of jewellery and purchased a couple of Xmas gifts. So much more is offered than your large High Street Jewellers.
