   Really good customer service as sons bracelet had broken and it was fixed the following day. Went back to Westfield and found the shop had closed down almost over night. Website says temporarily closed. Will you be opening again?. I find the outlets nowhere as good and don’t like online much

   I visited the Westfield store recently and was served by two amazing sales assistants. Sadia and Olivia were so polite and helpful. Sadia knew the product very well and understood my needs perfectly and Olivia went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. It was the kind of high end service you'd expect from a high end brand. Thank you Thomas Sabo Westfield, I'll definitely be visiting you again soon.

   I visited the Thomas Sabo store in Westfield Shopping Centre on Ariel Way. The customer service I received was great as always. Staffs Malena and Olivia were just on point in sorting out my broken bracelet. They were both friendly to my daughter. I will go back again. Thank you ladies

   I come from Toronto and have had a superb experience at the store there. The staff usually attend to you very well over there. In Westfield London, however, the 3 ladies working on the 29th of March did not even bother to greet my wife and I upon entry of the shop and continued to tell stories until we left.

   I had to return my bracelet after it broke into two pieces. I was concerned they might not repair it, but I was mistaken. Everything was sorted , The staff and store Manager were very kind. They took care of the issue efficiently and treated me very well. A big thank you to them .

   Had to return the chain I bought online , reached the store at 10:00 on Friday. I met this wonderful women named Olivia Pritchard, she was very patient with me as I had another chain which needed repairs and lots of questions, even though she was all by herself she didn't stop smiling and was very customer friendly.    I love their items, I received a beautiful pair of earrings on the visit day, but customer service very poor. Treat us with ignorance and send us outside to find signal for payment. Somehow my partner manage to pay it but we will never visit that store again. Online is better don't need to see unfriendly staff

   How to insult you customers Spoke to an assistant recently about buying some charms for a bracelet I already owned. I commented that the charms were very shiny...and darker than my bracelet. I asked if they were treated with something purely out of my interest in jewellery. She seemed to have zero knowledge and instead proceeded to suggest that my bracelet might not be silver. There is no doubt in my mind about the quality of my bracelet. The 925 marking is clear and the source reliable. How she was qualified to make this judgement without seeing it is beyond me. Even if my bracelet was fake, it's not for unqualified staff to insult the intelligence of their customers. And if you don't know about your products, attempt to find out or get some training. I'll get my charms from someone who knows how to respect their clients.
