   I have this year 2025 bought a solid gold pair of dragon earrings, the same in silver and a dragon pendant and necklace in silver, I wear the latter a lot but suddenly noticed that a section of the chains links went black so I polished the chain paying particular attention to what I thought was tarnishing but the black colour remained, why hasn’t all of the chain tarnished? I emailed Patrick Mavros London I explained the issue and sent them images of the chain, I was advised to return it for polishing, I enquired whether it would be cloth polishing or a polishing machine they would be using as they said they’d be polishing it as I do have some experience in jewellery I didn’t get a proper answer only told to just return it, I asked for a pre paid return label after all this is a high end store with values or so I was made to believe and this chain didn’t appear to be but I was told that they don’t do that, I was advised to send it with tracking but I thought better of it seeing as it looks like a piece of tat to me, six days on upon contacting them they haven’t received it and I don’t believe them, I think that they just don’t want to be bothered with such a low end item that came with the pendant, I do think that this company doesn’t truly value it’s high street customers but if it were the upper classes that they entertain and they had the same problem they’d be bending over backwards for them. Keep your tat Patrick Mavros and your over priced casted jewellery and I’ll be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

   Fabulous shop, amazing jewellery, and such friendly service! They were putting up Christmas decorations when I went in but the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We have ordered online from this shop in the past but will try to pop in when I am in London.

   I would like to compliment everyone at Patrick Mavros for exceptional customer service and efficiency. Not only do they have the most beautiful collections but fabulous staff as well. This little Ellie had lost a tusk. They sent back to Africa to be mended and returned it shiny and new. Huge gratitude, he arrived safely home today.

   The products are nice you can’t say otherwise but I don’t understand how you can tip your hat and “promote “ protecting pangolins and sell crocodile skin products at the same time. Doesn’t quite go together.

   An absolute delight of a shop. This is an international family business and you feel completely at home and welcome there. It was a crazy day before Christmas and the night of an important world cup match and I arrived close to closing time, but they didn't hurry me. It is so refreshing to find something unique in a world full of mass produced worthless brands (even the expensive brands) that has character and quality. I left with gifts for the family that, no doubt, will be enjoyed for generations. Can't recommend them highly enough.

   Wow, fabulous service from Patrick Mavros. I lost one of my beloved ndoro studs while swimming. I called them to see if I could replace it. Not only could I just get one stud instead of having to buy a new pair, but it arrived the very next day. Thank you! I’m lopsided no more!
