   I have always had excellent customer service with Roxanne First when buying online, & had the same great experience with my first time making an in-store purchase too. There was an issue with an online order I made, & on contacting customer service they went through the options available. I happened to be going to London shortly afterwards & asked whether I could exchange in person if I got the chance to go to the store whilst there. When I arrived, the sales assistants had been made aware that I might be coming & why, & had put aside a replacement for me already. I browsed & they answered various questions for me about the pieces, & I ultimately decided to exchange for something different. The whole process was really smooth, everyone was super helpful & friendly, & I was really impressed by the internal communication that had evidently taken place too. Roxanne First not only creates beautiful pieces of jewellery, but the brilliant staff both online & in-store make purchasing the pieces a joy too.

   Disgraceful, rude and ignorant company who need some serious training in customer service skills and need to use more reliable trustworthy couriers with accurate tracking. Sent on a wild goose chase to find a necklace worth over £900 because the courier couldn’t be bothered to find our address correctly and GPS tracking showed this. They don’t care about you as a customer and they are prepared to use dirty, bullying and stalking tactics if things do not go their way. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs, if something goes wrong they really couldn’t care less so long as they have your money, no willingness to try and resolve, help or even use basic manners. It wasn’t until a banking dispute was opened that they actually showed any interest. It’s not how you treat customers under any circumstances. Seems we are not the first and probably won’t be the last customers to experience such shameful service. UPDATE - the audacity that you have to respond with such an aggressive manner just shows the kind of business you truly are. Con artists and liars. My husband? Strange presumption to make? Police investigation? I’m sure Mr Priest will be happy to co operate with this so called investigation should it ever come to fruition. You are deceitful and really showing your true colours as a business. No wonder the negative reviews are rolling in for you. You need to learn how to deal with customers with the correct level of service and help in the first instance instead of being so ignorant when your couriers are unable to do their job properly.

   If there was only one jewellery brand I was allowed to buy from for the rest of my LIFE, no question about it, it would be Roxanne First. I have purchased over and over and just could not recommend them enough. Every single one of their pieces is so unbelievably beautiful, so well made and the most incredible quality. I have several studs (always always get complimented on) and some other amazing pieces and just love love love them SO MUCH!!!! The best present for a loved one or yourself!! Can’t wait to be a millionaire and buy every piece from the range!!

   Roxanne First created my DREAM engagement ring, I couldn't believe how perfect it was when I first saw it I thought I was dreaming! Its truly stunning and I always get so many compliments. My husband James designed it with Roxanne herself and he said the entire service from start to finish was impeccable. I'm so in love with Roxanne's jewels that I wore her earrings on my wedding day (pictured below) and necklace and we both had our wedding bands made by RF too. My Husband James even bought me a bracelet as my wedding gift, we are obsessed with her stuff! I went for two skinny diamond eternity bands for my wedding rings and my Husband went for a yellow gold band.
