   One of the dodgiest and worst customer service oriented shops I've ever been to. From the moment you enter the shop, to the dodgy service akin to that from a pawn broken in a bad film - the person valuing the gold we were proposing to trade in was dressed in a vest and quoted a price out of the air rather than actually weigh and calculate the actual value. Then proceeded to bargain on the price - so so so dodgy! Do yourself a favour and go to a proper jewellers like Minar's, up the road!

   Appalling service. Bad attitude by the main person serving, he runs the shop and is very rude. I bought a ring only 6 months ago which turned out to be faulty. The man said he’d have to send it back for repair but then wanted to charge me for shipping plus extra. Why would I pay anything for a faulty product they sold me only 6 months ago. The man argued that I must pay this as they would lose out on money by paying this?! If you have sold a faulty product surely they should cover the fee and take responsibility. Do not buy from this shop, they just want money

   Palasons is part of the fabric of Tooting having been here for over 4 decades. The shop has a wide range of jewellery. I bought a pair of beautiful gold earrings yesterday. Everything is exceptional quality, all 22ct gold. The service is exceptional, the gentleman who served us was very helpful and attentive and didn’t hesitate to bring out items to show us. I would recommend Palasons for anyone looking for high quality jewellery.

   Everything under one roof. Even though construction work in progress, I do not feel stressed while browsing. Did not give 5* as Ladies toilet closed 2 days in a row when last visited .

   I bought a small pendant from them today and the main boss was so rude. I asked for a bag because it was a gift and one of the workers got me a nice gift bag and he was literally about to give it to me when the other man started shouting in his language not to give it. The man then took it away and said sorry we don't have. The bag honestly probably costs them 50p to buy, maximum 1 pound but i highly doubt it and they took it back after showing it to me. Poor customer service. Definitely won't go here again. I was in a rush so I bought it but I wish I told them I don't want it anymore.
