   I left my gold necklace for minor repair on a Thursday and was told to collect it on Saturday, at a cost of £15... I decided to collect on Monday, and when I went to the shop, he just said it was not ready... he repaired it in 10min and charged me £20... Why would they want to hold my jewellery for too many days? How dishonest this is !!!

   They did a great job at resizing my engagement ring. I was nervous as my ring is quite thin/delicate. They took the time to make sure we were resizing down the right size. Picked it up and it fits perfectly and is gleaming! Really fair prices too, would highly recommend!

   I have a "name necklace" and the chain broke in an awkward place. The replacement chains are not easy to find, and I was looking at having to rebuy the whole necklace. Then I came across this shop while looking for jewellery repair shops. I took it along the next day and showed it to Steve. He told me to give him 30 minutes with it and when I came back it was fixed and looks brand new!!! Absolutely brilliant service and a great price! I'm thrilled to bits and will definitely go back if I need any more repairs. 5 star service! Thanks Steve!
