This business is truly amazing and gives the personal touch to all it does. They truly care about what they do. I had an earring with a broken spring which needed fixing. I went to their premises at the Piano House and immediately they remembered me from my visit a few years ago which I thought was the first amazing touch. Then having explained the issue, they said that they could fix it within the next half hour - I actually thought I’d have to leave it and return next week .. next amazing touch. In fact they carried out the repair so quickly and so well that I could not tell the repaired one from its perfect twin. Pricing so so reasonable. I truly recommend Dorado Jewellery to all.
Very very nice people who are genuinely interested in Jewelry and in providing excellent service. Their custom work is amazing and a cut above the standard high street tut! I commissioned the incredible team at Dorado to design and make a bespoke men's diamond ring to mark my 10 year wedding anniversary with my husband. July and her husband were an absolute pleasure to collaborate with, bringing lots of creative ideas and craftsmanship to the conversation and creating an utterly stunning one of a kind piece. Recently took my mother's antique ring to be fixed, it had a snapped band and was a little too small for me. The staff were very friendly and responsive, they talked me through what needed doing and I'm so pleased with the result, cleaner than I've ever seen it and you would never be able to tell it was broken!
