I spent Β£65 on a pair of hoops, plus Β£4.50 P&P. I was sent the wrong size hoops and requested a return which was agreed. I was only refunded for the earrings so have lost Β£13.25 (Β£4.50 on the initial P&P + Β£8.75 on return postage - the post office said jewelry is only covered by special delivery postage and that's what it cost to return the earrings in their original packaging). Not a good experience

Poor quality and non existent customer service! I bought a pair of their diamond slice earring charms. when they first arrived, I was over the moon, they were beautiful and shined like the images. But that only lasted a short period of time. Over time, it looked dull and dirty, I was diligent with the cleaning but nothing could get rid of the dirt that accumulated around the edges of the stone. I emailed the company to ask for their advice regarding cleaning. I told them βThey have developed black bits around the edges and I tried to clean it with soaking them in soapy water and brushing it with a soft brittle toothbrush, but it hasnβt made a difference. Is there anything I can do to salvage them?β They didnβt respond or acknowledge me. I sent this email a year ago! Itβs been in my jewellery box since as it just looks terrible worn. For a nearly Β£400 purchase, I expected better. Iβm particular about buying things that would last a lifetime. I promise you the charms wonβt last. Very very disappointed with this company and the non existent customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
