    I ordered a pair of earrings to wear at my wedding and they mistakenly sent me another pair. I had paid for express shipping because I needed them in 2 days time and I also had to pay for the return and I haven’t received a compensation for any of the shipping costs. They offered a 10% discount for a next purchase which I already should have because this is my first purchase, the mistake was not mine but theirs. So eventually I had to pay 25€ for them to make a mistake. Spending all that on ads but ignoring customers will sooner or later backfire. All the best!

    Really misleading service - refund policy is incorrectly written online - you can only find out the real policy on the back of the receipt after purchase. Customer service is unhelpful, seeming to sway in opinion and expand answer over weeks to run out time. There are so many amazing designs that will appeal to many here, and it’s really a shame that this brand has been let down in this way.

Service is exquisitely personalised, helping guide you to exactly what you're looking for! They also have an impressively efficient and fast repair service. A 'Go To' for a unique gift or something to jazz up an outfit for any occasion!

    Horrible experience from a very unprofessional jewellery designer. Laurence herself doesn’t have a clue how to run a business. The designs look good but the quality is bad - workmanship poor and they charge you an extortionate amount to fix things when they say it’s free. Don’t believe them. I was a loyal customer who spent easily over Β£10,000 in 10 years with LC - never again. There are so many other designers who do the same look and have excellent customer service. Buying a luxury piece of jewellery should be about the whole experience. She clearly needs to go to business school.

    Beautiful jewellery designs made in France. I have bought many rings and earrings from this family business and they have made perfects gifts for friends and family. I love in particular the different stones, corals, and crystals that she uses to make her pieces original and modern. Great to see that Laurence has opened a new shop in Sloane Square!
