   We came to Hirsh after a long search for my engagement ring, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. I fell in love with the Papillon design on paper, but the finished ring exceeded all of my expectations—it’s absolutely stunning and feels truly one of a kind. Ceri was wonderful in showing us the atelier upstairs, where we got to see the process of designing jewellery and had all our questions about stones answered with such care. This in itself was such a lovely experience, and it made the whole journey feel even more special. We’re not only proud of the ring itself, but also proud that it was created locally by such skilled craftspeople we can truly trust. I also had another ring resized, which Hirsh kindly offered to do free of charge. Although it took a little while, when I went to collect it I was completely amazed—they hadn’t just resized it, they had fully refurbished it. The ring looks brand new, and I was honestly shocked at how beautiful it turned out. I was overwhelmed by how far they went, completely unprompted and without charge, simply out of care for their clients. Hirsh are genuine artists and craftspeople, combining skill with sincerity. Their work is filled with passion and pride, and it shows in every detail. For us, they didn’t just create jewellery—they created a piece of our story.

The team at Hirsh listened to what we wanted but added a twist with my split shank ring.    The most perfect engagement ring I could have ever dreamt of! Hirsh played a huge part in my engagement - they custom designed the ring which took my fiancé along the whole process of turning a sketch into reality! They were able to source the most beautiful aquamarine and worked to a tight timescale which meant the ring could be shipped overseas in time for the proposal. We feel so special to have received such a bespoke service from all of the team at Hirsh. A special shout out to Ceri who is extremely knowledgeable and really does go the extra mile to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for that extra special piece of jewellery.

   Buying an engagement ring is daunting decision! However, I knew from the moment I walked through the Hirsh doors I was in safe hands. Paul Carter and Sophia Hirsh really put my mind at ease, guided me through their amazing collections of rings and stones and made the process enjoyable and exciting! I wanted to propose in the French Alps and Hirsh were able to give me, the contact details of a specialist insurance broker to ensure the ring was insured from the moment it left the Hirsh Townhouse. Fortunately, my girlfriend said 'Yes' and loved the ring! However, had she not, Paul and Sophia had talked me through Hirsh's restriction fee exchange policy, prior to purchase. This was considerably better than the policies offered by the other jewellers on Bond St and was one of the key factors that prompted me to go with Hirsh. Once we got back to the UK, Hirsh invited us to the London Townhouse to celebrate with them over a glass of Champagne and they resized the ring free of charge. From front to back, Hirsh made buying an engagement ring exciting and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Hirsh highly enough and a huge thank you to Paul and Sophia for their support and guidance.
