   I had my first appointment with Su via video call and I was hooked! Su is simply lovely and gave me such good advice and Feedback towards any questions I had. I could not have been happier (or so I thought) until I had my collection appointment which Su made possible! (Thanks to her tenacious encouragement the ring was done way quicker than planned so that I could collect it on my trip to London) The ring is absolute perfection and I could not be happier. Su is the loveliest person and I‘m excited for whenever I get my next piece with her.

   My fiancé and I visited Fenton in London after being referred by his colleagues, hoping to find a diamond wedding band for me and a simple gold band for him. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations. We’d travelled quite a long way to get there and both needed to use the loo at separate times. However, our sales assistant Alex stood right outside each time which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Another couple were having their consultation at the same time and were offered tea, coffee or water but we weren’t offered anything. The whole appointment felt quite rushed, we were in and out in about 15 minutes and we didn’t feel like Alex was particularly interested in helping us or taking the time to understand what we were looking for. It’s a shame as we were really excited about visiting after the referral but the experience just felt impersonal and unwelcoming.

   I had been dreaming about a specific ring for a long time. Not just any abstract piece of jewelry, but this particular one, with a specific stone and a specific setting. And finally, I found it! The store turned out to be a real treasure trove. The display cases, like magical portals, let me into a world of sparkle and shine. The consultants were pros at their job and were really understanding about my maybe-confusing explanations. They patiently suggested options and listened carefully to what I wanted. When I saw IT, I knew it was what I was looking for. The ring fit my finger perfectly, the stone sparkled from every angle, and my heart raced with excitement. The purchase process was easy and pleasant. The design and packaging were thought out down to the smallest detail. You can feel the attention to the customer and care for the reputation.

   OUTSTANDING SERVICE, At the beginning, I was very nervous to find the right engagement ring for my partner but I met Ingrid. She was able to take time and to connect emotionally with me through conversations and her advise from the 6 months was outstanding. She helped me to design that One perfect ring a Trilogy with a diamond stone with Sapphires accent stones reflecting the perfect story of us. From the beginning to the pick up, this experience at Fenton with Ingrid made a fiancée in tears of joy- she understood everything when she saw it. I can’t highlight enough how Ingrid was able to connect with me and my partner through our conversation in order to have this perfect creation ! Grazie mille Ingrid !

   Simply unbelievable service. From start to finish the buying process was made so easy, there was someone who I could contact with any queries and they were always so quick to respond.    Fantastic jewellers who provided exemplary service throughout the process of buying an engagement ring for my partner. From initial appointments together to explore the different options for rings and gemstones to ensure my partner had the perfect ring she wanted, to supporting me individually through the production timeline, and keeping the ring safe until the big day (all in secret from my partner), Fenton staff have been brilliant. A big shoutout must go to Juliette for her guidance and patience in making sure the ring was just right. Friends and family have been very impressed by the ring and we will definitely be recommending Fenton to anyone who wants to purchase a unique and stunning item of jewellery in the future.

   Couldn’t have had a better experience with the Fenton team. We went to the showroom where we tried many engagement rings and after we decided on a bespoke option which is a beautiful aquamarine emerald cut gold ring, the ring is stunning and the team were amazing!! Couldn’t be more happy with the ring and experience, I’d highly recommend.
