   Amazing repair service, I cannot recommend them enough. I brought in two rings needing extremely complex repairs. They were very honest and told me they would need to find a new enamel expert for one of them, and called me back after a week to say they had found someone who had come highly recommended but they couldn't vouch for him personally. I gave the go ahead-- and the work was absolutely amazing, But I really appreciated that they were so upfront about it. The second ring, also an antique, had been turned away by countless jewelers in both India and the US as being unrepairable but their jeweler was able to really bring it back to life.

   My fiance and I had the most incredibly special experience finding our engagement ring at Farringdons from across the world. We live in Taiwan and found the 1930's art deco ring of my dreams in yellow sapphire on an online listing that connected us with the shop. I was luckily traveling to London soon for a trip and we were able to arrange a visit with them. The team in the store was so helpful the day of our appointment, very knowledgeable, kind and patient as we figured out this was the right ring for us. They treated us so well and made finding this unique ring a really magical process. The price was really fair for the condition and quality of the ring and I had several loved ones knowledgeable with vintage jewelry help me confirm that. We couldn't be happier with it.    This place is like a wonderland where it allows you to find your dream jewellery. I went to Hatton garden today and wanted to get a heart shaped gemstone ring but I couldn’t find anything stunning or truly special, and in the end looked for inspiration for something else entirely. Then I walked in this shop, and was presented with a massive array of options. I found a ring which suited me much more, of an amazing quality and design. I think I will definitely come back for more in the future. The collection is great, the owner & his son are brilliant and witty, very knowledgeable, fun to shop with, do not hard sell and are very nice and the price is very fair! Will definitely come back next year for another Christmas gift!

   My original engagement ring bought in 1975 was in a sorry state. It had lost one of its two diamonds and the sapphire was cracked. A repair was uneconomical so I looked on many websites for something similar not expecting to find anything as the design of mine was quite unusual. Therefore I was delighted to find among the vast stock at Farringdons an identical ring with only difference being a ruby rather than a sapphire. The condition looked amazing considering it dated from the 1910s. I had never bought anything this expensive online before but was reassured by the many positive customer reviews and the fact that not only was there a real shop but the owner replied to my emails personally. The ring arrived this morning, less than 24 hours from purchasing and I couldn’t be more delighted. It is like having an old friend back. Many thanks.

   We've been looking for an engagement and wedding rings for a few weeks now and wanted vintage. We contacted Farringdons and booked an appointment with their lovely staff. Communication was clear and timely throughout. We suggested a few items ahead of our visit and they picked those out for us ahead of time but went one step further by selecting a few other items that were similar, which we really appreciated as newbie ring buyers. Staff were amazing. We booked a second appointment to try on our shortlisted rings and again very friendly service, expertise and enthusiasm. All retail experiences should be like this. We'll be back...
