   I cannot speak for the prices because I didn’t price compare but I had my engagement/wedding ring’s center stone swapped out. They did an excellent job. I appreciated that they were upfront about not being certain if the new stone would fit and the cost to have it assessed if they couldn’t swap it out. They also polished the whole ring while swapping out the center stone. The gentleman who handled my case was extremely kind and pleasant and they kept me up to date via text message. I plan to go back and have my old center stone turned into a necklace by the shop.

For a change, these guys are putting customer satisfaction ahead of their own financial gain and that's extremely rare nowadays. Mr. Jitesh, the owner, is very knowledgeable when it comes to horology, history of different brands, latest releases in watches worldwide and so I had great pleasure in talking with him. I am extremely satisfied with my latest timepiece and I can’t thank Mr. Jitesh enough. Super recommended!!

   I have purchased quite a few pieces from this jewellers and I have to say every piece has been exquisite. The quality of jewel is exactly as stated on description which is important to me as I live very far from the actual shop which in my mind would be dangerous for me if nearer !!    I recently bought my first watch from New Cavendish Jewellers and I am so happy with my choice. From the very first email I received from them the customer service was exceptional and in the store everyone was very kind and welcoming! When I visited, Nicola showed me the watch I was interested in as well as alternatives, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, the watch I wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer but Nicola was very communicative and let me know what to expect. The watch ended up arriving quicker than we thought which was fantastic! I'm in love with my watch and so grateful to New Cavendish Jewellers, 10/10 experience.
