Had a lovely experience with Pedro buying a Christmas gift for my little sister. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I looked at all of the beautiful charms! Went into store to get a birthday present for a friend. Saw a pair of earrings that I fell in love with. Price tag was saying £25 and I thought they are so nice and at a good price. Asked for them only to be told there was a mistake with the label. I said I understand that mistakes happen but I wanted them for the price I saw them which was refused. Asked to talk to the manager in store and a lady called Eline came out and said that she couldn’t sell them to me because it was a mistake which I completely understand, but it was not my fault that the label was wrong. Always been to this store to buy but won’t be returning as no effort was made by the manager to reach an agreement. Definitely lost a loyal customer
Nina and Leanna served me today in Pandora Oxford Circus and they were amazing, I would even say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever received. It was a busy day and both members of staff took the time out to talk to me and help me find what I was looking for. I would definitely come back to this store purely based on how well I was treated today. They were both very kind and very patient and genuinely the sweetest souls! queued up to go in as it was so busy because of christmas and was greeted by Lucie, she had such a friendly face and helped me find exactly what i needed. She was kind to everyone and went out of her way to make sure one of the other staff members went into the back to get me a charm. She was lovely, i would definitely go back to shop there again, i think she is a real credit to that shop. Many thanks to you Lucie!

I went in to exchange a bracelet I had purchased as a gift and despite the purchase falling outside of a month, the Supervisor Zainab was enormously helpful. She was understanding of my needs and even offered a further range of bracelet or alternative options showing her business insight.
