   I'm so glad to have met the team at Hyde Park Design. They are outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. We worked with them on our engagement ring and wedding bands, and they've also resized and repaired older jewellery for us.    The Hyde Park Design family have been nothing short of incredible in this engagement ring buying process and journey. From the first conversations with Eloise on the story of how I got to this moment, to the chats about the ring designs to the plan of actually doing it with Paul and Shaun, I can say their customer support is above and beyond. Their attention to detail and welcomed feedback and suggestions on the design meant we got the most perfect, unique designed ring to us. But even after the purchase they didn't stop checking in to see how things were doing and leading up to the big moment, providing lots of tips (even how to get the ring abroad undetected). If you are in the market for a bespoke piece of jewellery from a family run business who provided the highest of quality, attention to detail and just outright friendly nature, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

   Hyde park design are great! My fiancé and I came in for an engagement ring resizing, Paul and Sean were extremely accomodating and took the time to explain to us how it worked and helped a lot with the sizing. We had been to a few other places and felt much more comfortable here. It’s a family run business with lots of lovely engagement photos from their clients on the wall. Highly recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks guys.

   We were recommended to Paul and his family by a close friend of ours. And I’m so glad they did. The whole process was made very easy. From the first meeting I took my mum to start the designing of an engagement ring for my partner. Eloise made several designs based off ideas I’d been given by my partner. She explained everything we needed to know about different cuts and styles. Even while we waited her brother cleaned up and replaced a missing stone on my mums rings. Free of charge! Couldn’t have been happier with the final product. And my fiancé loves her engagement ring. Would highly recommend this lovely family to make any ring. So much so we will be returning for our wedding rings. Thanks again to Eloise and her family at Hyde Park Design.

   I would give 10 stars if I could! Sean and Paul are very honest and warm people who always provide the best service and nothing is too much trouble. They have designed and produced wedding bands for both myself and my husband, gave great professional advise and provided timely delivery. My engagement ring was purchased somewhere else and I had issues with it twice now and went to Hyde Park Design for assistance which they have provided without any questions asked. I would highly recommend using this company. It's so rare to receive consistently good personable service in London.

   I couldn’t recommend Hyde Park Design enough. They are so kind, helpful, professional and are truly masters at what they do. Paul created my engagement ring after my fiancé visited him with some ideas of what he wanted made and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, unique ring. It is stunning! We also recently revisited Paul to resize my grandmothers wedding ring which Paul not only resized but brought it back to life having polished it too. Nothing seems too much to ask and the team really make you feel so special and welcome.

   We found Hyde Park Design to be an amazing experience, and we are so pleased with the engagement ring that we designed alongside Eloise. Eloise, Paul and Sean were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Unlike the other places in Hatton Gardens we trialled, we never felt that we were being strung along just to spend a lot of money at Hyde Park Design - it always felt like they sincerely cared about making great quality jewellery and providing a great experience. We never felt pressured into making a decision or spending more money, and it felt like a real collaborative design process. I will be recommending Hyde Park Design to my friends in future.

   Eloise, Paul and Sean at Hyde Park Design are absolutely amazing! They were recommended to us by a friend for our wedding rings and we are so glad we went! We didn't know what to expect  during the first consultation but Eloise was so friendly, knowledgeable  and designed my dream ring there and then! It fits my engagement ring perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. We went with them for both our wedding rings and they were so accommodating and helpful, editing the designs to fit within our budget.    Fantastic guys, at this professional and friendly diamond specialist. Great prices for bespoke designed jewellery. I came here for my wife’s ring that required fixing and cleaning. Nothing was any trouble including a last minute appointment with the team. I will be back here for my wife’s eternity ring and any further business. I wish I had come here initially and not the other jeweller I went to. Massive thanks to Sean and Paul for their work see you soon. Don’t go anywhere else but here.
