From start to finish, London Rocks were extremely helpful and made the whole experience special. I really appreciated that. they also educated me throughout the process which helped me with my final decisions. The final product was perfect and my partner absolutely loves it! We worked with Karl to create my bespoke engagement ring and he was brilliant and patient with guiding us through process and somehow distilling/extracting my many hazy ideas (but specific overall vision) over 3-4 discussions into the most perfect design. It was such a fun and memorable process to do together! I am enamoured with the ring that we came to and still after 6 months catch myself just gazing at its beauty all the time. The whole team was great with super quick ring resizing as well. Thank you again, Karl.
This place is a real gem! We had an amazing bespoke engagement ring made. The quality is outstanding. Karl took us through the design process and helped bring our ideas together into a final design. He has so much knowledge and passion for the craft and explained the pros and cons of all options and made sure we were happy with all the elements before going ahead. The whole process was exceptional from start to finish. The whole team there is lovely too and made us feel welcome and at ease. I really recommend them. We will be going back soon to get our wedding rings made. I feel so lucky I found them!
I cannot express how happy my fiancΓ© and I are with the engagement ring Karl designed and created for us. From start to finish both Stacey and Karl were absolutely fantastic and ensured the ring was perfect. They both guided me through the whole process and at no point did I feel pressured or stupid given my complete lack of knowledge when it comes to creating bespoke jewellery. Had my partner's engagement ring made at London Rocks and couldn't be happier with the process and result. From the very first meeting you get to speak with the artisan who will be making the ring (Karl), not a designer who will then outsource the job God knows where - you can even see/visit the workshop which is in the shop's basement. Karl is very passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys taking whatever time is needed to understand and help pin down exactly what you want or need down to the minutest details. All of this is done in a much appreciated informal and humble manner.
Karl made my engagement ring so we went back to London Rocks for our wedding rings. We had a really good consultation with Karl and we talked through design options for my ring for about an hour. I wanted something that would complement my engagement ring and my style and what he produced was amazing! It was everything I wanted and it fit so well too. I was absolutely delighted with the pairing with my engagement ring and they look so well together. My husband was really happy with his ring too. I would highly recommend the team at London Rocks

After making an appointment with London Rocks for a bespoke engagement ring, everything was so easy - everyone super friendly and helpful. Shortly after the ring was made, we went into lockdown so I was unable to collect the ring for a few months - Karl and the team were incredibly patient and understanding. It was great to finally collect the ring and learn more about this independent business - there is a lot of passion and dedication that goes into creating each piece...! Two years later, we're now about to order our wedding bands this weekend and can't wait :-)
