I called this jewelry store to ask about a necklace as a gift, but the lady who answered the phone was shockingly rude and dismissive. They couldn’t even provide basic information about the product and hung up on me, saying they had other customers. Such unprofessional and arrogant behavior is completely unacceptable this is ridiculous for a business that claims to serve customers.

Just bought my daughter a pair of earrings for her birthday. Lady who served us was lovely and added a disinfectant wipe for ears to the bag. Prices are reasonable and gold is 14ct. Most of the items are imported from Turkey but seem to be good quality. Highly recommend.
