    Repeatedly asked me why I wanted to repair my watch because it was a cheap watch (it has great sentiment value) so only carried out half the repair I wanted. I asked for the outside edge of a ring to be rounded as it was straight cut. They smoothed the inside edge. On collection, I then asked if they could smooth the outside edge they said they wouldn't recommend it as the ring would then become too thin. I asked them to do it anyway and they then scuffed and cracked the resin in the ring (its a memorial ring). Had used the previous owners of this shop many times. Wouldn't go back here again.
