   We spent a while looking for a jeweller who could give us something more than just a ring, something that actually felt like it was ours. Most of what we saw elsewhere felt quite cookie-cutter. It wasn’t until we asked ChatGPT for help that we discovered Harriet Kelsall, and that changed everything. From the moment we sat down with Emily, we were taken on a journey. She began sketching our ring right in front of us after just a few minutes of conversation, and somehow translated our story into a beautiful design. We had no idea how intricate and collaborative ring-making could be until that moment, and we both came away feeling like we’d poured a part of ourselves into this piece. We hadn’t planned on going bespoke, but after that experience, we couldn’t imagine doing it any other way. Choosing the diamond was another highlight, so informative, personal, and exciting.    Harriet Kelsall was from start to end an amazing bespoke jewelry experience. For about an hour, Emily Gilham walked us through all of the steps and helped us plan the perfect engagement ring for our heirloom stone. They thought about all the little details and asked questions we wouldn't have even thought of, which allowed us to craft the perfect ring. They were very communicative while the ring itself was being made, keeping me informed of the timeline as it went through all steps in the process. They even managed to finish the ring early! Upon delivery, they kindly provided me with a beautiful ring box, a voucher for a cleaning, and a coupon for our wedding bands. I would highly recommend Harriet Kelsall (and Emily especially!) for their attention to detail, avid communication, and friendly demeanor!

We both started with a very loose idea of what we wanted and it was great to be guided/inspired by a designer who is both knowledgable and evidently has great taste. The whole process was very smooth and most importantly, really fun and special. We absolutely love our rings and couldn’t recommend Deborah and Harriet Kelsall more. It’s also really reassuring to know the provenance of the diamonds and that they were sourced sustainably, which was important to us.

I went into the London store and met Emily who designed me a gorgeous halo ring, incorporating the original emerald and gold. I also asked for my wedding band to be designed to fit under the halo and the end result is perfect! I am so pleased with my new rings and the experience of designing them was something I really enjoyed and will always remember. I would definitely recommend Harriet Kelsall to anyone considering a special jewellery redesign, the team were fantastic and it was a wonderful experience!

She measured us up and took into account our ideas when she made the initial designs.
